Our family is excited to share our combined culinary experience with our latest collaboration– Bacan.
When a guest comes to Bacan we want them to be surprised by the simplicity and depth of flavours in our food, which are the result of old cooking techniques and working with subtle profiles that do not overshadow the quality of the products. We strive to showcase the possibilities and versatilities of Argentinean cuisine to Toronto, and hope you enjoy our country’s cuisine as much as we do!
Our menu is designed by Argentine chef consultant Juan Carlino. We work with the seasons minimizing waste. Our Menu items are all made in house like our empanadas, bread, desserts, pizza, chorizo and burgers among others. We specialized in charcoal-grilled meats.
