When a guest comes to Bacan we want them to be surprised by the simplicity and depth of flavours in our food, which are the result of old cooking techniques and working with subtle profiles that do not overshadow the quality of the products. We strive to showcase the possibilities and versatilities of Argentinean cuisine to Toronto, and hope you enjoy our country’s cuisine as much as we do!
Our Menu is designed by the Argentinean consultant chef Juan Carlino. Following the seasons, we specialized in grilled-charcoal meats. We create our own chorizo, bread and empanadas as many other things as we focus on home made food. We serve small plates to share or for trying different creations.
